BACK ORDERS
1. What are back-ordered items?
Back-ordered items are products that are temporarily out of stock and require additional time to become available. If your order contains both in-stock and back-ordered items, we will ship the in-stock items first. The back-ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they arrive at our facility.
2. Do I have to pay the full amount upfront when the item I'm ordering is on back-order?
Yes, full payment is required at the time of purchase for all back-ordered items. This secures your reservation and ensures that your item will be prioritized for fulfillment once it is restocked.
3. Can I return my back-ordered item if it arrives more than 15 days after my original order date?
Yes, you may return your back-ordered item. Our return window is 30 days from the date the item is delivered—not from the original order date. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 4. How long will it take to receive my back-ordered item?
